I didn’t enjoy using m00nshot.com. I went in hoping it would be helpful, but the whole experience felt confusing and more frustrating than it was worth. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t deliver. I ended up feeling let down, and that’s the part that bothered me most.

The pricing wasn’t clear or upfront enough, and I feel stupid for trusting that everything would be explained properly. I went in thinking it would be straightforward, but by the end I felt like I should’ve pushed for more details before moving forward.

I ordered from m00nshot the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely changed for days, and my package showed up several days later than the date they originally gave me. Like, how is this okay when people are trying to plan around getting their order?

The actual items were fine once they finally arrived, so I don’t have complaints there. But I really don’t like being left guessing when something is going to show up. Maybe it’s fine if you’re not in a hurry, but I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain time.

Support did get back to me and answered my question, so I can’t really complain too much. But it took almost two days?! When you’re stuck and waiting, that feels slow. Overall it was okay, just wish they were a bit quicker.

I liked the site at first, but the subscription/billing side was frustrating. It kind of feels like it works when it wants to. I thought I had already canceled, then got charged again, which was annoying. Support did get back to me, but it took a while and the answer wasn’t super clear. It’s not the worst experience ever, but they really need to make billing and canceling easier to deal with...

I stopped in sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and there really wasn’t much to choose from. The selection felt limited, and a bunch of the things I went in for were out of stock. Kind of disappointing, honestly

The checkout process was a little frustrating because the payment kept acting weird. I got through it eventually, but I can definitely see other customers getting annoyed if the same thing happens to them.

So... the box arrived really neat and there weren’t any dents or damage. Happy with how it was packed.

I ordered from m00nshot.com i don’t really get why people are so quick to assume it’s going to be bad. The item I got feels solid, looks like the photos, and doesn’t have that cheap flimsy feel at all. I’m giving it 4 stars because the packaging could’ve been a little nicer, sure, but the actual product was definitely worth it. I’d probably order again.
